Help ForPeople In Need
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP) is a world-wide Catholic lay organization that addresses the two great commandments: love of God and love of neighbor.
The SVdP St. Ignatius Loyola Conference bears the same mission of the SVdP USA in our local community: “A network of friends, inspired by Gospel values, growing in holiness and building a more just world through personal relationships with and service to people in need.”

Are You in Need ofAssistance?
Our St. Vincent de Paul Society Conference can assist our neighbors with temporary assistance for rent, utilities, furniture, and clothing. You can call us at anytime and leave a confidential voicemail for more information:
Our Help
Financial assistance provided is primarily for rent to prevent eviction and for utilities to prevent service disconnection. We also provide clothing, furniture, and household goods from the St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store. In addition, a small percentage of funds are used for vehicle fuel to help with transportation to work and school.
How We Work
The cornerstone of the program is the prompt and compassionate response to the people who call us for help. In many cases, this includes a visit to the caller’s home to learn more about their situation and how we might help. In all cases, at least two Vicentians spend time with the neighbor, listening and asking questions about what they need and why the crisis arose.
